What we do
At HarVaré, we follow the problem first. This page outlines the practical ways our strategic philosophy translates into creative action, showing how we build physical resonance from core brand truths.
01 — the idea
Strategic Ideation
“We know what we need to achieve, but we don't know what the idea should be.”
We help define the central problem, sharpen the brief, and generate strategic directions before any formats are chosen. This is where we ensure the thought precedes the action.
What this engagement includes
Depending on the challenge, a Strategic Ideation engagement may include:
- Challenge clarification Getting to the real problem beneath the initial brief.
- Audience and human insight Identifying what matters to the people the idea needs to reach.
- Strategic framing Defining the opportunity, intended outcome and guiding thought.
- Core concept development Shaping the central idea that holds the work together.
- Narrative and messaging direction Clarifying what the idea needs to say and how it should feel.
- Experience or campaign architecture Mapping how the concept can live across relevant touchpoints.
- Creative direction Establishing the principles that should guide design and execution.
- Strategic handover Providing a clear framework that internal teams or specialist partners can take forward.
It is a clear, ownable direction that gives every next decision a reason.
02 — the journey
Experience Conceptualisation
“We have an important internal message, but the usual communication approach won't land.”
We turn a defined challenge into a full experience concept — from global events to internal leadership engagements — ensuring every touchpoint is intentional.
What this engagement includes
Depending on the experience, the engagement may include:
- Experience objective Defining what the experience needs to achieve and what people should walk away feeling, understanding or remembering.
- Audience journey mapping Considering the experience from before arrival through to what happens after people leave.
- Moment architecture Identifying the key moments that should carry meaning, surprise, connection or emphasis.
- Experience narrative Shaping the thread that connects each part of the experience into one coherent story.
- Touchpoint design direction Defining how invitations, spaces, content, gifting, signage, materials and other elements should work together.
- Emotional sequencing Considering pace, energy, anticipation, participation and reflection across the journey.
- Creative direction Establishing the tone, look, feel and principles that guide production and delivery.
The result is not simply a well-run event. It is an experience in which each moment has a purpose.
03 — the idea made physical
Bespoke Gifting & Tangible Touchpoints
“We want people to leave with something that means something — not another branded notebook.”
We translate brand values and experience narratives into enduring physical artefacts — objects designed to be kept, used and remembered long after the moment has passed.
What this engagement includes
Depending on the brief, a tangible touchpoint engagement may include:
- Meaning definition Deciding what the object needs to say, and what it should remind people of.
- Concept and materiality Selecting forms, materials and finishes that carry the idea rather than decorate it.
- Narrative packaging Designing the reveal — how the object is presented, unwrapped and explained.
- Production direction Briefing and guiding specialist makers and suppliers to protect the idea through manufacture.
A tactile reminder of an experience, designed to outlast it.
04 — the idea across touchpoints
Integrated Creative Concepts
“We have multiple channels and touchpoints, but they do not feel connected.”
We need one idea that can carry a campaign, event and internal engagement. Different teams are producing different pieces, but there is no central creative thread. We have a strong strategy, but we need a creative platform that brings it to life.
Sometimes the challenge is a lack of ideas. Sometimes there are too many. HarVaré creates the central thought that gives everything else a place to belong.
What this engagement includes
An integrated concept engagement may include:
- Creative platform One central idea, articulated clearly enough for every team to build from.
- Expression principles How the idea looks, sounds and behaves across channels, spaces and moments.
- Touchpoint mapping Where the idea shows up, in what order, and what each touchpoint is responsible for.
- Partner alignment Briefing agencies, producers and internal teams so every piece belongs to the same thought.
One idea. Every touchpoint. A place for everything to belong.
Where our role begins and ends
HarVaré leads the thinking. We define the strategic idea, shape the concept, clarify the audience and intended outcome, and create the framework that guides execution.
Where implementation requires specialist delivery — production, platform management, media buying, community management, technical build or large-scale operational execution — we either hand over a clear strategic framework or collaborate with the appropriate delivery partners.
Our role is to make sure the work has a reason, a direction and a coherent idea before execution begins.
Start with the thought, then build the experience.
Identify the type of engagement that fits your unique challenge. Start with a core strategic truth and let us translate it into a tangible touchpoint. You do not need a polished brief.
